Eutsler manufactures 100% custom rubber tubes. We can manufacture custom sleeves from ¼ inch to 30 inches, and all parts meet the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) tolerances for finished parts.
Our turnkey service provides assistance throughout the R&D and production process. Eutsler’s staff works with the client to manufacture a tube that will meet the exact requirements for each part, including determining the rubber compound to be used and the most cost- effective and efficient manufacturing method.
Eutsler has over 300 rubber compounds available to meet the part’s material requirements, and can create a custom blended elastomeric compound if needed. All compounds are tested to ASTM standards to ensure the integrity of materials used to manufacture the custom rubber tubes and sleeves.
Custom Rubber Tube Specifications
Custom tubes can be molded , mandrel wrapped or extruded. Eutsler also manufactures custom sleeves using a mandrel wrapping process by which raw rubber is wrapped on a tube mandrel or the finished part, and vulcanized to prepare it for machining. This process allows for cost-effective manufacturing of small-run, specialized sleeves as it eliminates the need to design and manufacture tooling, and reduces the time to manufacture the part.
