Partner with Eutsler Technical Products

Eutsler’s Custom Molded Elastomer Sleeves, Tubes, and Bladders are built for applications where elastic integrity and pressure containment are mission-critical.

With complete in-house control over formulation, molding, bonding, and testing, we ensure every component meets exact specifications for performance, consistency, and durability.

Our Rubber Sleeve Manufacturing Process

Eutsler's staff works with each client to design a protective ID/OD sleeve to meet the exact requirements for your rubber bladder. Rubber sleeves can be custom manufactured from 1/4 inch to 30 inches, and all parts manufactured by Eutsler meet the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) tolerances for finished parts. Our staff will assist in the selection of the correct rubber compound to be used based on the use of the part and the conditions in which it will be used. Sleeves are used as protection in harsh environments, and the selection of the rubber compound for the part is critical in extending wear life of both the part and the tube or tubing being protected. Eutsler has over 300 rubber compounds available and can custom-blend an elastomeric compound if needed. All compounds used by Eutsler are tested to ASTM standards to ensure the integrity of the materials used for our custom rubber sleeves.

Custom Rubber Sleeves Services

Part of our turnkey service includes the determination of the most effective manufacturing process for each custom ID/OD protective sleeve production run. Sleeves can be manufactured using molds or mandrel wrapping process. Use of mandrel wrapping can lower manufacturing costs and time, as it eliminates the need for specialized tooling and reduced production time. Mandrel wrapping is used for small-run, specialized sleeves, or sleeves that need to be closely fitted to the tube.
